Opera Lounge - With its floor to ceiling windows looking towards the State Opera, the Lounge is
the elegant meeting place in the centre of the hotel. A selection of light meals and
refreshments is on offer and the resident pianist plays soft jazzy tunes and classical
favourites, further enhancing the graceful atmosphere. The Opera Lounge is open from early
morning until midnight.
Crostini - Mediterranean restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring an open show
kitchen and traditional wood burning oven. A light and natural environment with natural
daylight filtering through the large conservatory. Open: 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Restaurants - Dine at Crostini, our Mediterranean restaurant, or visit the The Bar @ 191, which
is open in the evening for light snacks and a variety of beverages. The Breeze the pool deck
bar serves a variety of barbecue dishes, or you can dine in the privacy of your own room with
24-hour Room Service.
Breeze - Pool Deck Bar - Open May to October, subject to weather conditions, serving a variety
of barbecue dishes in the relaxed and informal surroundings of the pool and gardens. Also
available for private functions.
The Bar @ 191 - Located in the main Lobby and providing a club atmosphere with light wood
panelling, wooden floors and warm rugs. Open in the evening for light snacks, teas and a wide
range of international beverages.
