Featuring totem poles, pine trees, and rock formations, Disney's Wilderness Lodge recreates the
majestic feel of America's National Park lodges and is located approximately 26 miles from
Orlando International Airport. Local attractions include Disney's Magic Kingdom® and
Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Parks. Transportation to all Walt Disney World®
Resort areas is available by ferry or bus.
Those that love the outdoors will enjoy several recreational activities at this resort. An
outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, and two whirlpools are located on site. The 12-story
Fire Rock Geyser periodically shoots water into the air. Guests can soak up the sun on Bay
Lake Beach, rent a pontoon, canopy, or mini-motorboat, and enjoy a specialty cruise. Guests
may also rent a bicycle to use on the jogging trail. The onsite fitness center features
exercise equipment, massage therapies, and a sauna. Additional amenities include a video
arcade, kids' club, playground, video rentals, babysitting services, parking, laundry
facilities, and laundry services. Dining options include Pacific Northwest cuisine at Artist
Point, barbeque-flavored fare at Whispering Canyon Cafe, and several eateries at Roaring Fork

With Extra Magic Hours, guests staying at a Walt Disney World® Resort have even more
chances to experience the magic. Each day one of the Disney Theme Parks opens an hour early or
stays open up to three hours after regular Park closing, so guests can enjoy easy access to
select attractions - even the most popular ones.
