recreates the beach town feel of the Florida Keys and is approximately 20 miles from Orlando
International Airport. Local attractions include Disney's Magic Kingdom® Theme Park and
Epcot®. Transportation to Walt Disney World® Resort areas is available by ferry and
bus.

Guests of this resort may enjoy a variety of recreational activities. Sailboats, pedal boats,
canoes, mini-motorboats, and more are available for rent at the marina. Active guests can play
a few games on the volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts (tennis equipment available for
rent), ride a bike, or go for a run on the resort's scenic trail. The R. Beach Recreation
Department features a fitness center, sauna, and massage services. Four heated pools, a
children's pool, and whirlpools are located throughout the resort. Children will find
amusement on the playgrounds, in the arcade, or with a board game in the Community Hall.
Additional amenities include a shuffleboard court, babysitting services, laundry facilities,
laundry services, and parking. Dining options include seafood and American favorites in
Olivia's Cafe, and snacks at Good's Food to Go.

Studio (376 sq ft) and one bedroom villas (942 sq ft) are available. Guest rooms feature
